Experience: Extensive experience in Public Economy issues: national public finances, territorial finance, decentralization and social policy.

Strength in the design and evaluation of public policies and their application at the territorial level. Advisor to territorial governments. University professor with emphasis on public finances, territorial planning and economic history of Colombia. As a researcher he has extensive experience in financial analysis of departments and municipalities in Colombia.

He participated in the evaluation of the impact of various national and territorial social programs in the areas of health, social interest housing, agrarian reform and basic sanitation, among the most important.
